Add a driver to a windows xp cd?

When installing windows xp, you have to press f6 if you need to install to a scsi/raid controller. well when you press it the only option is to insert a floppy disk with the driver. I want to install xp onto a drive on my raid controller but I don't have a floppy drive in the computer. Is there any way to add the driver to the cd itself? (i mean a burned copy of my real one) It seems like there should be some way to add it to the driver.cab. Any ideas? Thanks.
