adaware catch

Ok, I usually don't have a problem with adware or spyware, so I rarely run anything to check. The last time I ran adaware and this time today it got a catch, but I haven't done anything to it yet. I have no idea what the catch is. It says it's a possible shell compromise, but I'm hesitant to do anything. I don't use the explorer shell. Any way to find out more?
