Heard it uses Micron's 3D NAND, but that is about it.
Might have to try this one out...

Surprising to see the capacities listed if using 384Gb (48GB) dies.

But then again Micron does the same thing.

There is no chance, that 128GB uses 384Gbit dies, so it has to be hynix or toshiba.

Is toshiba's 3D NAND shipping yet? I thought only Samsung & Micron's 3D NAND was shipping at this time.
