In the townhouse my wife and I moved into around a year ago, there is no easy way for us to stretch wiring from one end to the other to connect our surround channels on the 5.1 setup we have. I'm rather fond of the speakers (Dahlquist QX10 fronts along with matching surrounds and Center, alongside a Denon 3802). I'm trying to figure any easy way that doesn't require us to rip the flooring up (which we'll have to do eventually, but not for several years), as snaking the wiring looks to be rather difficult based on how fireblocks/joisting is arranged in the house.
Long story short, I'm seriously looking into wireless options, but don't want to ditch my current speakers if I can avoid it. Anyone know of a solution that has been setup for these purposes?
