Does anyone know if XP supports adapter teaming? I took a look at the search, read the manual/help file, and all I could come up with was the XP bridging feature. And no thats not what I want.

My Compaq NC3131 works great in 2000 with the Compaq drivers, but now that I've moved up to XP I want that same functionality--without having to move back to Win2K

As long as the drivers supports it, it will work fine. Intel dual cards work fine.

Thats just it though. The XP drivers only support it as two separate NICs. And the Compaq drivers that enable the adapter teaming only work in 2K. I wonder if anyone knows if the Intel drivers would work on it. After all, the NIC is based on the Intel 82558B (EEPro100).
