Adaptec SCSI 29320LPE PCI Express x1 experience

Hello, ladies and gentlemens!

I got 29320LPE controller but unfortunately, I cannot use it with hard drive.
Without any hard drive it recognized by system and drivers was installed with no problem. But when I connected hard drive , the operating system even doesn't start after POST on my NForce4 Ultra chipset and I cannot see SCSI Setup BIOS Utility after POST on Intel 945GXP motherboard even without connected device. I'm scrued up. I had conversation with technical support from Adaptec - no luck. Does anyone has 29320LPE working with any motherboard?

Any advise will be appreciated.

Can you post your system specs?
I haven't used that card before.
SO it works fine without a HD instaleed on the controller?
when you add the HD... Are there other drives in the system?

Ok, here it is..

Mobo: Epox 9NPA3 Ultra (NForce4 Ultra) - EPOX support team didn't answer on several emails and RMA tickets. (I saw Shuttle manufacturer already released new BIOS with solved compatibility issues with 29320LPE card and I think the problem would be in mobo's BIOS)
CPU: Athlon X2 4200+
RAM: 2 x 1GB DDR 400 PC3200 Samsung
HDD: WD Raptor 150GB SATA, Maxtor 300GB SATA, Samsung 120GB IDE through external SATA enclosure, SCSI Fujitsu MAU3073NC 68-pin 15k 73GB
Video: GeForce 6600 PCIe (x16 slot)
SCSI controller: Adaptec 39160 PCI-X (working in PCI 32-bit mode)

Actually, almost everything was disconnected when I tested 29320LPE card, only CPU/RAM/Video and SCSI controller were installed. System is not overclocked. Yes, it "works" fine I would say "exist" in system when nothing connected to it. I have tape drive SONY AIT-2 SDX-500C, also has problems with it.. Windows starts ("wow!"), but when accessing tape drive application hangs. So, I see kind of incompatibility there. And this card even doesn't start when installed on i945GXP motherboard without any device.

Adaptec technical support just gave me link to compatibility list where I cannot see any workstation motherboard at all.. I'm very disappointed
