What's the difference between these two adapters?

29160N is a 32bit PCI card, meant for workstations. It has 68pin LVD and 50pin ULTRA SCSI connectors and external 50pin ULTRA SCSI connector.

29160LP is a 64bit PCI card, meant for servers with 64bit PCI slots. It has 68pin LVD connector and external 68pin LVD connector.
