Adaptec SCSI 2490 & USB Controller on same IRQ - Any problems?

I'm building a new computer. I have IRQ 3,4,and 5 open. I can't seem to get either the Adaptec SCSI controller on 3,4,or 5..nor the USB Controller. Would I experience any problems having both on the same IRQ? I currently don't have any SCSI devices to test the SCSI controller card..but I do have USB devices. Those seem to work flawlessly. What are your opinions?

I've been running with this configuration for about 10 months now and it seems to work great for me on my K7-550 w/FIC SD11, I'm using a WD hard drive and a USB zip drive, no problems with either device.
