Adaptec Easy CD Creator Gives Access Denied Error in Win2K

I recently loaded Adaptec Easy CD Creator on a Win2K Pro workstation while logged on as Administrator. The software came bundled with an Iomega CR-R drive. The problem is I can only run the software from an administrator's ID. I get "Access denied" when I try to run CD Creator from a user's or power user's ID. Any idea what's up with that? Thanks. AZ
