Adaptec Burner Software Problems...

A friend of mine is having problems with Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4. The software automatically tries to use his regular cd-rom, and reports that it won't write. Is there a configuration setting somewhere to force it to use a certain drive or a workaround? Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

theres something on the toolbar that opens options, you can designate your cd recorder there... however, i suggest your friend gives Nero a try... it's a lil more complicated at first, but in general is a much more stable program than adaptec...
