Adaptec 6805T - clone raid1 into new set of disks (and expand)

Does anybody have the set of arcconf commands to clone a raid1 into a new set of disks?
If possible I would also like to expand the file-system as the old HDD are 500GB and the new one 1TB (SSD)
Finally does the 6805 support RAID10? If so i would also like to move the Raid level from RAID1 to RAID10
