Adaptec 5805 vs 5805Q vs 6805

I currently have a RAID 5 array (5 Seagate Cheetah 15K.7's) on an Adaptec 5805 card. I'm considering changing the card to a 5805Q and adding a couple of Intel X25-E's into the mix to take advantage of MaxCache. Will there be a noticeable performance difference?

On a separate note, does it still make sense to buy a 5805Q (given that it supports MaxCache but is only 3Gb/s, or does it make more sense to buy a 6805 (with no MaxCache, but 6Gb/s)?
