Adaptec 2010S with Asus NCLV-DS2

I know that Asus NCLV-DS2 supports a Zero Channel Raid card on the PCI-X slot (Green)

Howerver, Adaptec 2010S is a PCI 64bit card. Can this work with the motherboard? (We need Raid 5)

other considerations are: Adaptec 2015S, 2020ZCR
