I've used it and there is a tiny bit of lag between when a button is pressed and when it shows up on screen. It made playing Guitar Hero a little difficult

I have one of these and it was fine for playing FFXII, though it doesn't support wide screen resolutions. Fortunately, I can get around this by simply using it as an audio decoder while plugging in the composite video feed into my monitor which worked out well. Not bad for $10
