I noticed that too, looked like he just rolled out of bed. Did he mention how he got the black eye?

Maybe he's hoping the studio exec's will stop requiring him to do all that promotion for the movies.

When did Adam Sandler ever look good? Comedians are in the same rarefied celebrity crowd with the "singers and musicians" like Beiber, Cyrus, Gaga, and Steven Tyler, meaning they can look and dress however they like, just because they can.

I miss the old goodies - Mr. Deeds, Happy Gilmore, etc. I don't know why people change if they're good at something. Like Spielberg...awesome movies, and then suddenly A.I. Oye.

Yeah, Sandler looked like he rolled out of bed, but I think he did a good job & sounded professional. Plus that part at the end, he got Drew! +1 haha

Because they get to a point where they realize they can be lazy and still make tons of money. Majority of people would do the same, it's only a few that are truly passionate about what they do.

Baggy clothes/sweats make him look worse than usual.

He is fine, I would probably dress the same way.

Reminds of me of being a teen watching Adam Sandler. I think that nostalgia plays a big part as to why he remains popular especially with the 30 something crowd. I did enjoy Grown Ups but I don't go out of my way to watch his movies. I thought that bit on Jimmy Fallon was great and also kinda sad to see him and Drew looking all old out there. Just another reminder of how time flies.

Jimmy Fallon has never been funny. I have no idea how he's gotten this far.

He can be funny, given the right writer. The MTV award shorts with Batman & Star Wars were pretty decent, but he kind of reminds me of Jack Black - the humor just doesn't do it for me most of the time. However, that timeslot niche requires someone who can appeal to broader (and older) audiences, so you need someone who is a little bit more like that, like Jay Leno.

Colbert is still the man tho :D
