Adam Levine broke his sternum while lifting?

    Seriously? How much do you bench to be able to do this, at least what 350lbs or so? :hmm:

    Looking forward to Maroon 5's new album :awe:. He is such a wuss though.

    Could be as little as 100 pounds the way some guys bounce weight off of their chest...who knows.

    Real easy to do-especially on decline bench presses.

    I see people do this all day at the gym and it just makes me cringe..

    No.. you can do it with just the bar if you do it wrong enough.

    Lose your grip and it's all over. Gotta do it right...

    I've seen some videos online of guys having the bar falling on them (with lots of weight usually... sadly) and oh my god... cringe at the horror!
