adam and eve incest?

ok since i seen alot of topics on religon and stuff my question is this if God made Adam and Eve and had Cain and Abel (sorry if i misspelled their names) are we all incest? and if the Flood happen are we now incest of Noah's? cans omeone please tell me the story of this thanks... and i Hope linuxboy or Elledan post here they know their stuff

technically yes, but I'm sure glad they did, I owe my life to it. BTW, the theory that they only had Cain & Able as children is false, they had several children (so no Cain didn't 'do it' with his mom, only his sister).

Good questions. Adam and Eve did have more kids than Cain and Able, according to the Bible. Whether Cain married his sis or not is debatable. I've heard some Christians suggest that God created more people than just Adam and Eve (later? same time?) but I don't know if I support that view. Not enough research to lean one way or another yet. However, Abraham (Abram) was married to Sarah (Sarai), his half sister, later on in the Bible if that helps.

Well when Cain is cast out it is either suggested or directly said that their are other humans on earth.

Eve was made from Adam's rib, so was he sleeping with the female version of himself (just remove the Y chromosone and replicate the X).

Anyways, the incest might account for some of the stranger genes that rear their ugly heads...
