ADA880 spdif cable for soundblaster live

I just bought an altec lansing ada880. However the digital hookup has both end rca type so I cannot use it for the soundblaster live spdif input. Anybody knows how what miniplug should I use to replace one of the end? Thanks.

Hey, I don't know if I understand what you mean.

But for digital output from my SoundBlaster Live Value, I just hooked up a Mono 1/4 inch to RCA cable (purchased at Radio Shack)...

the 1/4 inch jack (looks like a headphone jack) goes to the SBLive and the RCA to the speaker.

Yes you just need a small adaptor from RCA to one of those headphones (cannot remember what size, something like 3.25mm), this is something like what you need; 3.5mm to RCA Phono Connector
