AD11 overvolting Athlon by default?

I'm running a 1.33 GHz Athlon on a FIC AD11 motherboard, and when I set the CPU voltage to Auto-Detect the vcore shows as 1.83 in the BIOS. If I manually set the voltage to 1.75 with the dipswitches, it still reads the vcore as 1.83v in the BIOS.

Does this mean my CPU is getting overvolted? Or is there something else the BIOS is adding to the CPU voltage to calculate vcore?
