Ad block doesn't block all ads. I still see some on tv.yahoo.com and I can't get rid of it.

Plus on boxofficemojo there still a gray space left on boxofficemojo.com

Learn WTF you're doing with it and it *will* block all ads.

Thats what I did. I blocked the domains from tv.yahoo.com and it doesn't work on every ad there. Sometimes you see one and sometimes you don't. Plus it doesn't take away the black white spot.

Nik I bet you can't block all the ad banners on tv.yahoo.com and the gray spot from boxofficemojo.com

Okay, I'll do it and show a screen shot. But, just out of spite because of a challenge, I won't tell you what I blocked.

Thats fine. Can't wait to see you fail 🙂

Ad Muncher blocks it just fine.

Ads? What ads?

That was a half-assed shot at everything from the advertisement domain. Now, mind you, I'm not blocking tv.yahoo.com which you may be trying to do. The ads are being pulled from another domain.

First of all, I don't see anything on this page that screams BLOCK ME. What are you trying to block? The little gray bar along the top? Sorry, that's not an advertisement. AdBlock is designed to directly block images, primarily. However, by editing the http location that you wish blocked, AdBlock can block things like folders and entire domains. It isn't meant to re-design websites.

It may block it just fine, but if you're adding any *other* pages to be blocked, prepare to make your browser suffer with so much BLOAT that your web browsing is slowed to a crawl.

If you prefer Ad Muncher, fine. I paid for two licenses of Ad Muncher only to be angered when all it did was bloat the page that the browser was displaying and totally fvcking over my web browsing speed. AdBlock and FireFox are free.

tv.yahoo.com sometimes will have a ad at the top and then sometimes not. It just depends of when you refresh. Its really strange.

You can't block everything with adblock.

Like the pages at rottentomatoes.com, boxofficemojo.com, gamespy.com, etc that come up as a ad but on a totally different page and it says to continue please click here.

If you can prove it? Which will be hard to do but possible.
