Ad blocker that works in WinME?

I used AtGuard back when I was in Win98SE, but AtGuard doesn't work at all in WinME, so I'm looking for another program that also blocks ads. Preferably free, but I'll spend some more money if I have to.

I know that Siemiens did one a while back, you could look at http://www.hotfiles.com and search for 'ad killer' or 'blocker' and see what you can find, I mentally block them myslef, and it doesn't become a problem
