It was a cinematic masterpiece...unfortunately, Joel Grey is 90, so he probably wouldn't be able to portray Chun very well .

Always liked the guy. The Right Stuff is legend, and I remember as a kid being surprised at how much I loved the original Tremors. RIP Fred, and thank you.

nice find.
its basically a pilot episode. simple intro with a good bit of world building and some hints at stuff to come. i watched it in college with my friends and we would have gone nuts for a follow up series. the cast is impressive with some people who would be names later on.

sadly magic and detective procedural have a bad track record on tv. see Precinct 17
