ActiveX won't work with MSI Live update 3

Hi,

I have just installed MSI live update 3 and everytime I go to the site to check for updates I get an activeX warning saying my security does not permit pre-installed activex from being run from software. I have changed my IE security every which way but I think the real problem is that it first tries going to C:/program files/etc..... anyone else have this problem and how did you get it resolved? Thanks in advance! I want to keep current with my drivers and bios and I have been manually doing it, but it so much easier to be lazy and let it do it 😉

have you put the live update url in the intranet or safe sites list?

I've tried to put all of the msi sites that I can think of on the safe list. The problem is that it won't let me attach the link that it starts with, which is C:\Program Files\MSI\Live Update 3\MSI.htm. Any idea how or where to add that? Thanks for any help.
