Activesync Jornada via 802.11b

I just got a Jornada 565 which I installed a Netgear wireless CF card. Internet and email is working fine at work and home via wireless, but I only have the usb cradle installed at home. I want to be able to sync wirelessly, but am not sure how to do it.

My IP is set to use DHCP.

Any help would be appreciated.
