ActiveArmor Offloading Problem

Just set up the new system a couple days ago with a A64 3000+, A8N-E, and running Windows 2000. Everything runs smoothly except the nVidia ActiveArmor firewall. The connection would slow to a crawl if I enabled the offloading option. The connection is fine if I set offloading defaults as "not offloadable." while the firewall and ActiveArmor are still enabled. Does that mean that I am using the CPU instead of the hardware firewall? Is this a known issue for NF4/Asus motherboards? And how should I go about fixing this?
