Norton Internet Security 2000, although imho all good firewalls should have them.

Zone Alarm probably can do it but you have to go searching through the advanced settings. This little program just shows the ports that are open, whats using those ports and then lets you close them. It's alot easier to track down trojans that way. It's just a good addition to any firewall.

It's small little utility worth checking out!
