My company is starting a cool new exercise program,they've given us all pedometers,tally sheets and such to encourage us to excerise.They will be offering all sorts of cool workshops and prizes too!.

My department is gonna blow the rest of this place away!!! 🙂 I will be hiking,hiking,hiking🙂
