I need a solution that will:

Monitor an log HTTP traffic for all users in my active directory
Log when users log in an out
It would be nice if it had a web interface


Does software like this exsist? We have a budget but free or cheap would be ideal 🙂

Winternals makes an AD utility. You can get a free 15 day trial to try it out. Not sure if this is what you have in mind or not but Linky.
