Activation with Vista Busn, Enterprise, and Ultimate

I noticed on Paul Thurrott's site the Vista SKU features chart show no activation for busn, enterprise, or ultimate edition. Look almost to the bottom of the chart across from "Windows activation Services." Anyone no what's going on here?

I'll say a little more, the current build (ultimate) requires activation.
