Is there no activation key with Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit - OEM?

I can't find one and newegg refuses to help me and Microsoft can't do anything for me.
 
If you got an OEM disc there would be an activation key. If you're talking about a pre-installed OS on an OEM system the key is build in but a retail key is usually on the case somewhere.
 
When you buy hardware with Win 7 OEM or Win 7 OEM from NewEgg you usually get a Key.

Otherwise it is Not clear what are you looking for.

If you got an OEM DVD and you do not have a key the DVD per-se does not have any real value. Keys without DVDs are Not less expensive, the key is the value of the product not the piece of plastic called DVD.
