Activating MSscript something when I don't want it

Hi guys, lately in games where I'm required to hold things like shift and alt I keep getting this ms script business popping up. Basically it will reroute my keyboard hotkeys making R open "run" and E open "explorer". Is there any way to disable this extremely annoying feature? I still haven't figured out what exact combo makes this stupid thing pop up but I imagine it involves shift.
