-5 lollipops a day; women has previous history of narcotics

aftermath:
-infant is studied to reveal he/she is addicted to drug, Actiq
-child does not sleep well, in fact he/she will stay up longer and finds it increasingly difficult to sleep
-brain dysfunctional problems, without a doubt - babies need their sleep.
-2004 article, topic has been around, but we'll see how well the United States' organizations find a solution for problem like this?
