Actiontec PCI Internet Phone Wizard is a piece of garbage!

If anyone has gotten one of these to work, could you please post it here? I bought one, installed it in 2 different machines (win98 on both, Asus P3B-F and FIC SD11 mobo's), and the card shows up with resources allocated but the program tells me it can't find it. I've sent 3 emails over a 2 week span, and also returned the card for a new one. Same thing. Their phone tech support said to keep trying to reinstall it, after removing and reinstalling the drivers, just do it til it works. WTF!

Don't worry, the USB version does exactly the same. Installs in Device Manager, but can't find its software to operate it. Sent the first one back & replacement doesn't work either. Hmmm.

Well, either they're just pure crap or 2 of us got 2 bad ones in a row, which doesn't sound too likely.
