I can't really tell, some textures seem nicer and some not. UT looks quit good now with Beta 2.

But I agree the gameplay is... very vague...

Action Quake was never my cup of tea, but it was a fun game to play. I remember playing AQ2 at a LAN party to get stomped on intially, then coming back with the sniper rifle to take out plenty.

I'm into Urban Terror right now, but I want some more of these types of mods to hit Quake3 (its why I bought my GF2). Half-Life has so many mods right now, but it looks dated. Sure, CS is fun and 10x addicting, but people have faster machines and want a &quot;prettier&quot; FPS game to DM to.

What's up with people against UT anyhow? Its a sweet arse mod with lots of good things. There are some tweaks that need to be made (mainly spawn points in team dm), but its beta2 and better things are a coming.

I loved AQ2, and ActionHalfLife. So much fun...so much gory, john woo style fun.

I loved AQ and wasted countless hours trying to improve my CLQ scores at it. I have actually been enjoying AHL DM quite a bit lately as well - for some reason I never really liked AQ teamplay. I may have to buy Q3A (which I generally dislike and have refrained from ever buying) just to play AQ3.
