Lol....a looping waterslide? Makes you wonder how that works...when you get to the loop, you'd probably be on plastic with no water unless the tube was flooded. In that case, you better hope you have enough momentum to get through the flooded part or you'd have other problems than just skin burns from the friction.

I went there a few times as a kid. I don't remember the looping waterslide. I remember holding up a line of people cause I was scared sh!tless to jump off the 26 foot cliff :p The alpine slide was like a bobsled, only on glass-smooth concrete instead of ice. Going up on the ski-lift type thing to the top I saw some guy wipe out below us... it looked really nasty. He was black, so it was easy to see where the skin had just peeled right off him because of the color contrast (looked bone-white where it had come off), pretty much his entire elbows & knees got road rash :( They also had these 2 really, really high waterslides. One basically looked like an L, it was that steep. I never had the balls to go on it... the other one started out lower and at a very gentle slope, and then got steeper, though nowhere near as steep as the L one. I did ride that one, and the pool of water at the bottom to slow you down gave me an epic wedgie  My favorite was the "wavy" waterslide, you went over a series of bumps on the way down. There were probably 10-20 "slots" side by side, separated by rails. At the end was a pool of water to slow you down. They gave you mats to go down on, and if you went head-first and held up the front of your mat, you could sometimes skim right over the water. One time I did this losing almost no speed at all and wiped out some fat woman who was in my ~15mph path :laugh:

Lol, I haven't thought about that place in years, thanks for this post :)

I remember this was one of the few, if not only, places in NJ that had bungee jumping...always wanted to do that (still do actually) but never made it there. It did have a reputation for killing people.

LOL, sounds great. I remember going someplace that had those tanks with the tennis ball guns. I think it was in Georgia somewhere. I just remember shooting people from the elevated cannons and when I was in the tank, being so hot I thought I was going to pass out. Oh and the tank wouldn't turn at all, so I ended up stuck in a corner getting pelted by everyone.
