My dad is starting a new business. Initially 4 PCs + 2 servers (one will be SBS). Can you buy the action pack to use in a normal business? What's the official word on using Windows XP? I guess it's no longer part of the package eh?

Also, can you download the software? I know you receive a kit in 10-15 days, but if I wanted it in the next few days I was hoping I could download it.

I've read the site and read around, but I can be pretty bad at comprehension...

"The software included with the subscription can be used for internal business use, testing, evaluation, demonstration, training, and educational purposes only. For example, you can use the Action Pack software to host your company's intranet but it cannot be used to host a commercial website. This is considered a production environment that is outside the scope of the software's intended purpose"

I wasn't sure if that meant it was intended for small MS consulting shops or can any regular business use it.

Who can subscribe to the Microsoft Action Pack?

The Microsoft Action Pack Subscription is available exclusively to consultants, value-added resellers, value-added providers, system integrators, developers, system builders, hosts, and service providers who are enrolled as Registered Members in the Microsoft Partner Program and who distribute or influence the acquisition of Microsoft software and Microsoft-based solutions by their customers. It's not for regular businesses that will be using software for commercial purposes.
