the 64bit version is on a separate cd from the 32bit version.

MS also has a standing offer that you can convert any/all of your Action Pack Vista Business licenses to Vista Ultimate for $140 apiece. That gives you a FULL RETAIL Ultimate license that NEVER EXPIRES. It's the cheapest way to get Ultimate unless you have access to freebies.
