Act-Labs Force RS worth the extra $40 over the thrustmaster/guiellmont

I found the thrustmaster "Ferrari" Force Feedback Wheel for $100 online, but ive heard great things about the Act-Labs Force RS. Is the Force RS woth the extra 40 ($140 only through Act-Labs) or should i just get the thrustmaster?
