Hi
I get the yellow exclamation mark against the -USB audio device- in device manager. It goes on to say ---This device is either not present, not working, or does not have all the drivers installed. (Code 10).
The device is present-- (I can see it) . The drivers are loaded because when I upgrade the driver it says that the best driver is already loaded.
This leaves -- the device is not working?? Has anybody got any clues as to what I need to do.
I have checked the fuze and its ok.
I have tried to install the latest acs495 software --AMS24.exe. It asks for the speakers to be connected to the usb port. When i do this the 'next' is still greyed out and therefore will not proceed with the installation. It does not see the speakers.
I have seen various posts similar to this problem but none that actually provided an answer !!
