When you use the external bootable media prepared by Acronis TI, it boots to a Linux OS. It can clone any drive with anything onit - the OS on the drive never enters into the process.

If you do it right, the answer is "Yes!"

Not sure if the free version will burn bootable media. If it does - golden!
