Acronis True Image 2018 Restore Image in Windows

Can i restore Acronis image in Windows with Acronis True Image 2018 or do i need Boot CD?

That's if you are recovering your boot drive. You can restore other drives inside Windows. You can also restore individual files and folders from inside Windows. So it really depends on what you are trying to do.

True, but since the OP used "image", I took it as being the whole shebang. Anyways, their FAQ area covers all the potential options and steps, so the OP can look there depending on what they need.

Also, if you do it outside of Windows using the Acronis bootable disk, you get a much better GUI for the entire process.
