Solved! Acronis 2019 only shows EFI system partition

I bought Dell Inspiron 5000 laptop , and I want to make a disk media backup before I start installing my own software. The dell comes with Win10 HOME preinstalled, I'm pretty sure it's EFI/UEFI system.
I disabled Secure Boot, and choose Legacy. When I boot with Acronis 2019 bootable media, choosing UEFI boot mode, Acronis shows only shows 1 partition to back up on my drive C , which is EFI SYSTEM PARTITION 416MB.
I'm pretty sure the there should be 4 partitions, incld Recovery partition, System Partition. Why does it not show all partitions ?

problem solved. The disk is bitlocker-encrypted & Locked. I don't know why the Windows Home in Dell laptop comes with Bitlocker enabled. I have not changed anything, so it should come default from Dell factory. The only change to the Windows system is several Windows update (only 4 windows updates)
