Acrobat Reader 5.1 - Temp file is full

When viewing a pdf file through IE and I try to save it to disk, I get the following error:

"The disk you were saving to or the disk used for temporary files is full. Free some space on the disk and try again, or save to a different disk."

It won't let me save the file. I tried clearing all temp. internet files and other temp files but no luck. Couldn't find anything in Adobe regarding which folder is saves temp files to either.

Suggestions?

Still have 10GB worth of HD space left too...

So I upgraded to version 7. If I use IE, everytime I try to open a link to a pdf file, another IE window opens for a brief second then closes before I get a change to do anything. Weird. Anyway, it works fine using Firefox so I'm happy for now. I play around tomorrow and see if I can fix the IE issue...
