Acrobat and Reader print problems...Ideas please

Hi all, I've tried both acrobat and reader versions 5 and 5.05 on my w2k machine and can't print and pdf's. The file will either print completely screwed up or crashes the adobe package that is open. I've searched adobe's site for other updates, pointers etc. but have found nothing. Anyone else have similar problems or have any ideas? Thanks,

I have both, and have never had a problem printing in 98, 98SE, ME and now XP Pro. Can't speak for W2K - but that sounds to me like a printer driver problem more than anything else. Can your current printer and driver handle postscript?

No problem printing in Win XP, make sure you don't have the any kind of password enabled on document security.
