Acrobat 9.13 update released

This patches the most recent vulnerability I assume. I just checked for updates and it appeared just now, so if you use acrobat, you should update asap.

1.6 MB? It's got to be the smallest update I've seen for Acrobats. Is there a release note?

I think Adobe is trying for the record of the most bloated software. I'm waiting for the day that Reader comes on a DVD just for itself.

Agree. Acrobat reader has gotten way out of hand. I stick with V6 at most. Among other things, on later versions you can not set a default directory, which you can do on the older versions. I for one, do not need the speaking feature of the new versions.

oh i agree about Foxit, but just thought i'd post for those who use acrobat or have to at work.

Oh and here are the Release Notes

Man, people here just love to threadcrap anytime Acrobat's mentioned.

Yes, Acrobat's bloated. It's still an excellent tool, and reader isn't all there is to Acrobat.

Yuck Adobe PDF Reader Foxit for the win

Sadly foxit has problems with tables in PDF.
Have yet to see a version of foxit that works.
Would love to ditch Adobe Crapreader.
