Acquiring Vista Business 64-bit from 32-bit

I have a copy of vista Business 32-bit. I would like to upgrade to a 64-bit OS. is it possible to acquire the 64-bit version of vista business without spending money (again) on the 64-bit version?

also, I have a license for vista, but the DVD is unuseable. is it possible to purchase just the installation CD (not the key) legally?

If the DVD is a name-brand OEM version (Dell, HP, etc.), then contact the OEM.

If it's "generic" or system builder OEM, check here.

Microsoft has a site for replacement of Retail media, too, but I don't see the URL at this moment.
