ACPI not loading, causing windows to not boot HELP!

Computer wouldn't boot up in normal or safe mode so I enabled boot logging. Everything loads fine until it gets to the ACPI interface.

Did not load driver Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (APCI) PC, this is what happened last time and I reformatted, what should I do?

I'd like to add ACPI isn't the only thing that isn't loading after that a lot of stuff doesn't load. But ACPI is the first thing that doesn't load.

CHKDSK /R returned a clean HD, what else could be the problem? This is happening more and more often. 🙁

It looks like windows is about to show the login screen, but then hangs there and then restarts.

What happens if you try last known good and safe mode w/o networking?
