ACPI and Conflicts in my system

I have Winxp and an asus a7v133 mobo.
I have been getting video problems.
Visiontek is saying that it could be caused by the acpi irq sharing.
Im using a geforce 3 ti500.

Are they on crack? Is this really a problem?
How would i get the ti500 to sit on its own irq and still use acpi?
