Well now they just won't call on him. Let's see if the rest of the press has his back and defers to him if he is intentionally skipped.

He should show up at the next briefing with a fake nose and glasses combo. See if tump recognizes him.

The sissy in chief doesn't seem to understand Acosta can call him the sissy in chief and its constitutionally protected. Can't take the heat, he can run to his daddy Putin in Russkie land.

And if someone thinks I'm going overboard.. only a sissy would care about their hair getting wet and how they look on camera, over memorializing troops that have fought and died for our country.

It seems this wasn't exactly a victory for the press. The grounds of the ruling were based on due process, not first amendment protection. Thus, if Trump institutes a policy and procedure for revoking press privileges, he can use it to remove Acosta or whomever in the future. While I agree with that principle, I don't think that such a policy will be fairly applied by the administration, and I think this ruling will ultimately enable Trump to justify future removals which would be first amendment violations that would become much harder to challenge as a result of this ruling.

Yet another bowl of tripe thrown back into Trump's bloated, dumb face. I expect his efforts to act nonplussed, even celebratory, over this and the midterms will now go into over drive. He'll simply mandate Acosta never be called upon, with similar treatment for anyone who yields their time to him in a show of support. Or he's just going to can the press stuff altogether.

Man baby mad! How dare people expect man baby to answer questions he doesn't like while he's got Pence crowing about the need of a free press abroad.

I think man baby should hold his breath until he gets his way.

Due process depends on just cause. If Trump were King, he could demand that the press not ask him difficult questions, which is the reason he wants to ban Acosta. That won't do in this country. If he doesn't want to answer such questions he shouldn't do pressers.

And an added plum is that the judge pretty much called Sarah Sanders a liar.

"Judge Kelly said in court Friday that the claim Acosta "laid hands" on the staffer was "likely untrue."

Even the DOJ lawyers hadn't been foolish enough to argue that he had done that.

Just because he has his Hard Pass back doesn't mean you have to entertain his questions or comments.

Just pretend he isn't there.
