If you had bothered to actually read any of the information to which you have incorrectly linked, you would learn that PayPal has not deemed every item falling within the listed categories as 'unacceptable and/or illegal'.

It is a clarification and detailed description of what particular items within those categories are not acceptable because they are illegal, strictly regulated, or governed by federal laws. There is nothing particularly shocking or unusual about that.

Yep, pisses me off... I notice I can't use Paypal to buy grenades anymore either.

They actually listed grenades as an unacceptable item to buy/sell;)

Weapons
You may not use PayPal to sell or advertise the following weapons: nunchaku, brass or other metal knuckles, leaded cane/staff/crutch/stick, zip guns, shurikens, hand grenades or metal replica hand grenades, throwing stars, billyclubs, sandclubs, sandbags, or slingshots (also known as saps or blackjacks). /Q]

Why can't you buy sandbags? Are they afraid you will build a command bunker that the cops can't shoot through?I mean it might make the cops actually aim to hit you, can't have that!

Human Parts and Remains Policy

You may not use PayPal to sell humans, the human body, or any human body parts. Some examples of prohibited items include: organs, bone, blood, waste, sperm, and eggs. You may not include such items as a gift, prize, or giveaway in connection with any other product or item for sale.

DOH!

You may use PayPal to sell items that contain human hair (such as lockets), as well as skulls and skeletons that are used for educational purposes as long as the item is not of Native American origin.

Sweet, my human hair, skull & skeleton grave robbing business will all go through PayPal:D

Paypal has got too big for their pants....my premier account is history.

I'll just take my chances with money orders and cashier's checks from now on.

Wow. I crashed ATOT. When I try to edit my previous post, I get an error.

Weird. That's never happened to me before.

I wonder if that's illegal according to PayPal.
